Please read these General Terms and Conditions carefully before ordering products from this Website. By accessing the site and/or placing an order, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions and you consent to us using your information in accordance with our privacy policy. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the site.

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase goods from the site. If you are under 18, you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Your use of and registration on the site is void where prohibited.

These terms and conditions cannot be varied except by changes made by Jeremy Hoye Jewellery on the site, which we may make from time to time. Your continued use of the site after such notification shall be taken as your full acceptance of such changes. You will only own the goods you purchase once they have been successfully delivered and when we have received cleared payment for them in full. Until that time we will retain title to the goods.

The purchase of products through Jeremy Hoye Jewellery is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the Site in accordance with English law. In order to make purchases through the site, you will be asked to register and provide your true personal details. Customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated.


The description of the goods, services, price, currency, VAT and delivery costs are set out on the order page. Images may vary from the actual appearance of the goods.

The advertising of products and services on this site is an ‘invitation to treat’. Your orders on the Website are binding offers for entering into the associated contracts to purchase with Jeremy Hoye Jewellery. We are free to either accept these offers within 14 days of receipt or to reject them by sending you a statement to that effect. There is no binding contract to purchase formed until we have accepted your order. This acceptance is indicated by the emailed order confirmation.

You indicate that you expressly agree to have your credit rating checked by inquiries to the officially-authorized credit protection associations, credit institutions and credit inquiry agencies. We reserve the right to refuse to accept the order if we receive a negative credit report. In addition, we reserve the right to reject orders from customers if there is reason to believe that the customer is acting in contravention of the General Terms and Conditions, is involved in fraudulent activities or other activities of importance from a criminal law standpoint or any other material reason exists.


Products and prices are as shown on the Website. Unless otherwise stated, if the item is in stock it will be dispatched between 1-7 working days. Items that are out of stock can be ordered via the back ordering system and will usually be shipped within 3-4 weeks. Special orders are non-returnable. We reserve the right to change the products offered on the Website at any time without notice and to limit the number of items that may be purchased by a visitor. There is no liability for lack of items in stock or for products not being available. Any commercial resale or distribution of Jeremy Hoye Jewellery products sold on the Website is strictly prohibited.


If the goods ordered cannot be delivered within 30 days following the day after your order, we may withdraw from the contract, even if we previously confirmed that we were entering into it. If we withdraw, you will be informed that the goods are not available and you will be reimbursed immediately for the consideration you have already provided.


The total price of your order, including all VAT, plus ancillary and shipping costs, will be indicated on the ‘Order Review’ page. By confirming the order, you state that you agree to the price for the goods. The price cannot be adjusted after the completion of the check-out process.


The purchase price for goods ordered is due when you place your order through Jeremy Hoye Jewellery. Payment may be by credit card (by entering your card data on the Website) or by Paypal. If you pay with a credit card, we reserve the right to check the validity of the card and to monitor the availability parameters for collection and the address data. If the institution that issued the credit card refuses to make payment to us, we are not liable for delays or for failure to deliver.


The goods ordered within the UK are normally delivered to the delivery address you provided by Royal Mail within 2-7 working days. Please see our Delivery & Returns page for more information.

We will endeavour to deliver the goods or services within the times indicated. However, where delivery times and dates are given, they are for general guidance only and we will not be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Please note that we are currently not able to deliver to P.O. Boxes or military bases. If you choose the Click & Collect option (UK customers only), we will keep your order for 14 calendar days after it has arrived. If the order is not collected, we will assume that it is unwanted, cancel the order and issue a refund via your original payment method.

Upon receipt the shipment must be checked for accuracy and completeness.


As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 30 days on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

Our Returns Policy does not apply to bespoke items, special orders, and personalised items (such as engraved items) which are not eligible for refund or exchange. Items must be returned unworn to be eligible for refund or exchange.


If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, excluding the costs of delivery and any other additional costs incurred by Jeremy Hoye Jewellery Ltd within 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods in their original packaging without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day the item was delivered to you. Goods must be unworn and be in their original condition, or they will not be eligible for return. Vouchers cannot be replaced or returned.


If there is a defect in the goods delivered, you may at your option demand that the contract be revoked or – if the goods are still deliverable – that they be replaced with the same type of good without any defects. No independent guarantee is provided in addition to that.

The warranty period is one year from the time the goods are received.


By using this website, you acknowledge and agree that all copyright, designs, trademarks and all other intellectual property and material rights, all brand names, names of lines, designs, models of items, which appear on the website or in the domain name, are the exclusive property of Jeremy Hoye Jewellery.

All intellectual property rights associated with items created in association with bespoke commissions or special orders are and will remain the property of Jeremy Hoye Jewellery. Any utilisation, reproduction, even partial of the designs, models, brand names, and names of lines is entirely prohibited.

You are permitted to use the Content only as expressly authorised by Jeremy Hoye Jewellery Ltd. Any reproduction or redistribution of the above listed Content is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law. If you have a valid claim based on the quality of any repairs we make to your goods, then we shall be entitled to rectify the defect free of charge or, at our sole discretion refund to you the price for the repair of the goods. We are not responsible for damage to items before the jewellery was in our possession or for any sentimental or other unknown value of the items.

We will not be liable for loss of or damage to any item left for repair which you do not reclaim within 6 calendar months, or for the receipt for the item if it has been lost or cannot be produced.

Notwithstanding anything else in these terms and conditions, we do not exclude or limit our liability in respect of death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights (if appropriate) as a consumer.
