All delivery methods are fully trackable and will need to be signed for upon delivery. If there is no-one to receive the delivery then a calling card will be delivered explaining redelivery options. In the case of Royal Mail items they can also be collected at the sorting office stated on the card.

RETURNS

In the unlikely event that your purchase arrives and does not meet your expectations, you can return it for refund or exchange within a 30 day period, providing you notify us within the first 7 days.

Our returns policy does not apply to bespoke items, special orders, and personalised items (such as engraved items) which are not eligible for refund or exchange. Items must be returned unworn to be eligible for refund or exchange.

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE, PLEASE FOLLOW THE EASY STEPS BELOW:

1. Let us know – email us via sales@jeremy-hoye.com or on 01273 777207 within 7 days of receiving your item. State whether you would like an exchange, refund, or if the item is faulty.

2. Pack up and send your items back – once you have notified us of the return, pack the items in their original packaging, seal securely and return to us within 30 days at:

UK customers – use Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery to get your tracking number for proof of postage.

OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS

Overseas Customers – You will be responsible for arranging to have the item(s) returned to us, we strongly recommend that you use a reputable courier company with a tracking service to return your items to us, as we are not responsible for items which do not reach us. Once we have received your return a member of our team will check the item has been unworn and is undamaged, and will contact you to confirm receipt of the parcel.

Alternatively, bring the item into our store to receive your refund or exchange. Our opening hours are 10am – 5pm Monday to Saturday. Any shipping costs to the customer will not be refunded. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU). Please note that unauthorised returns/exchanges may be returned to the sender.

EXCHANGE

New items will be dispatched once the returned item has been received and quality control checked, and received within 2-7 days. If there is an additional amount to pay for your new item, we will take payment over the phone when we contact you to confirm receipt of your parcel, alongside any additional shipping, taxes and import duties. Of course, if your new item is of a lower price than the original, we will refund the difference.

REFUND

Once the item has been received and quality control checked, we will refund you the full purchase price for the item, minus any shipping costs or customs duties. Refunds will be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice via the original payment method. As previously stated, international customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).

RETURNING FAULTY GOODS

Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged, or if there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within a period of 6 months after delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected, and any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected. Where possible, items may be repaired on request but only where such items are deemed faulty and repairable. Repairs do not come with a guarantee. It may be possible for us to repair items which have suffered wear and tear. There will be a charge for this service, which is to cover the cost of shipping and any other costs incurred
